Our Specialty Cakes are ANY special customer request for a flavor or decoration profile. Examples include Banana Split Cake, Strawberry Shortcake, Pineapple Coconut Cake, Chocolate Homicide Cake, Spumoni Log and any Special Corporate or Personal themed cakes. We also make Special Holiday/Seasonal cakes incorporating our seasonal flavors. Example would be Pumpkin Pie, Egg Nog, Peach Melba.

Baked Alaska
Made with Vanilla and Strawberry Ice Cream on a thin layer of gold cake and topped with meringue browned to a golden color. Serves 8-12.
Mud Pie
Made with Coffee Ice Cream on a thin layer of chocolate cake and topped with chocolate sauce, Oreo® cookies, and covered with cream frosting. Serves 8-12.
Chocolate Homicide
Made with a double chocolate fudge brownie bottom layered with our famous Death by Chocolate Ice Cream. A killer chocolate fudge sauce and topped with semi sweet chips. Serves 8-12.
Strawberry Shortcake
Made with a gold cake base rich creamy French Vanilla ice cream topped with lots of bursting strawberries. Serves 8-12.
Banana Split 8inch
Made with a gold cake bottom and vanilla and chocolate, and strawberry ice cream topped with strawberries, pineapple, banana slices and drizzled with chocolate. Serves 8-12.
Banana Split 10x14 inch
Made with a gold cake bottom and vanilla and chocolate, and strawberry ice cream topped with strawberries, pineapple, banana slices and drizzled with chocolate.
Toasted Coconut Pineapple
Made with gold cake base, creamy coconut pineapple ice cream topped with crushed pineapple and finished off with toasted coconut and pineapple chunks. Serves 8-12.
The Big Peanut Butter Cup
Made with chocolate cake base chocolate ice cream a thick layer of peanut butter sauce, more chocolate ice cream and topped fudge, peanut butter drizzle and peanut butter cups. Serves 8-12.

Made with a chocolate cake base coffee ice cream and topped with our creamy frosting, fudge and Oreos®. Serves 10-12.
Chocolate Marshmallow
Made with a chocolate cake base layered with chocolate ice cream and marshmallow finished with fudge, chocolate chips and more marshmallow. Serves 8-12.
Spumoni Ice Cream Log
Our Famous Italian Spumoni Log is made with layers of Pistachio, Cherry Vanilla and Chocolate Ice Cream. We then sprinkle our creation with Almonds and Cherries. Serves 10 to 12.
Oreo® Crunch 12 inch
Made with a Crushed Oreo® base, Oreo® ice cream, with frosting and more crushed Oreos® all around the sides. Serves 25-30.
Just Vanilla 8 inch
Made with vanilla cake bottom, vanilla ice cream, vanilla cream frosting and vanilla wafer cookies - simply ALL Vanilla.
Ooey-Goey Creamy and Crunchy
Made with Chocolate and vanilla ice cream with a filling of caramel and crunchies then topped with fudge, caramel marshmallow and more cruchies. Serves 10-12.
Mint Oreo® Crunch 9 inch
Made with a Crushed Oreo® base, Oreo® ice cream, with frosting and more crushed Oreos® all around the sides. This cake was custom made with a mint flavored frosting & Mint Oreo® ice cream.
Fluffer Nutter
Gold cake bottom with layers of vanilla ice cream, peanut butter and marshmallow. Finished off with more peanut butter and more marshmallow.

Made with a chocolate cake bottom and layers of chocolate ice cream, graham cracker, marshmallow and topped with fudge, marshmallow and more graham crackers.
