Our Ice Cream Cakes and Pies are maintained at a very hard frozen state.
This maintains product quality and permits some travel time.
Upon arriving at your destination (home or office) immediately place your Ice Cream Cake or Yogurt Pie in a freezer.
One hour prior to serving allow the Cake or Pie to temper in a refrigerator.
This will allow you to cut the Cake or Pie with little effort.
Use a hot wet knife when cutting and rinse off often.
